Ajay Devgn, born as Vishal Veeru Devgan, is a renowned Indian actor, filmmaker, and film producer working primarily in Bollywood. Famed as a top-tier actors, he has featured in over 100 films and received numerous honors, including four National Film Awards and 4 Filmfare Awards. In 2016, he was honored with the Padma Shri, India's fourth-highest civilian honor. Devgn stepped into Bollywood with the romantic-action film *Phool Aur Kaante* (1991), a blockbuster that made him an overnight star. He later acted in successful action films such as *Jigar* (1992), *Suhaag* (1994), *Vijaypath* (1994), and romantic hits like *Ishq* (1997) and *Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam* (1999). His highly praised performance in *Zakhm* (1998) earned him a prestigious National Award. Throughout the 2000s, Devgn delivered critically praised performances in films like *Company* (2002), *The Legend of Bhagat Singh* (2002), and *Omkara* (2006).
